Process of Making Organic Ghee
This ghee is made by traditional vedic method by churning of Curd. In the first phase of evening (approx: between 6 PM to 9 PM) Desi A2 Cow milk is boiled using for ghee making. This Desi A2 Cow milk is then allowed to cool for sometime, till it becomes lukewarm. Little bit of curd is added to this Desi A2 Cow milk and it is kept for overnight undisturbed. Curd will be set within 5-6 hrs. In the first phase of morning (approx:between 3 AM -6 AM) this curd is churned . Butter obtained by this process is then heated again for ghee making. When Butter is being heated, ghee starts seperating and this ghee is filtered and packed.
